Five of the Hottest, Most Affordable Homes For Sale Now in the San Fernando Valley

Here are 5 of the hottest homes currently for sale in the San Fernando Valley. These homes were all recently listed for sale and have a 70 percent or greater chance of selling within two weeks, according to Redfin. Why are these homes in such high demand? Check out what they have in common: they are all listed for under $400,000, which means a family of four earning the median income in L.A. of about $55,000 a year could afford the mortgage payment. Aside from being affordable, these homes are move-in ready. A home in this price range that requires little-to-no work is a rarity in the L.A. real estate market. Check them out, but don’t be surprised if they are already sold by the time you take a look.

Please call me about finding a horse prtrpeoy in Orange County. I have four horses and a goat. I would love to have at least ten acres with a home about 3,000 square feet. The prtrpeoy needs be mostly cleared pasture with flat land to build a riding ring.Cynthia Small
